Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

This is the second year that we have stayed in Mauro's house with our 16-month-old baby and a Dobermann, and I believe that this will remain a fixed, unmissable stop for us to spend our summer holidays. A large, fully fenced outdoor space, a quiet area and a cozy and clean apartment, equipped with all the services, make this an optimal solution for those who, like us, decide to spend their holidays with their 4-legged friend. At the same time, the proximity to the center of Riccione and the complete availability of Mauro, who can be reached at any time and for any eventuality, instills security in full respect of privacy, making the stay ideal even for the little ones. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

Beautiful house very close to the sea, Francesco and his wife are very courteous and attentive to every need, for those like us who have a four-legged friend this house is very suitable and close to a beautiful equipped beach that welcomes them.

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

From the very first moment, we were greeted with a rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel immediately at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed 5 days in the apartment. Really very beautiful, new and well decorated. Amazing beach view. The location could not be better, close to great restaurants, activities and beach services. Umbrellas with loungers offered free of charge by the owner, beach club, swimming pool and bar restaurant. Breakfast included in two excellent places to choose from. Parking a little far from the place, but this is common in Italy. Stefano is a very kind and attentive host, 10 out of 10 for him and his apartment. Adequate value for the quality of the apartment.

Frederica’s place is our home away from home. She is gracious, friendly, available and helpful! The apartment is perfectly set up and the location is ideal. We will be back!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!
