Heidi's Home in the Dolomites

An apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 meters with a splendid view of the Dolomites, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. Large apartment suitable for large groups of up to 11 people. For smaller groups of 1 to 4 people, I offer two rooms with facilities: kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venice refuge, where there is the only access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3168 m. From here, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon.

If you are looking for a cozy space at the foot of the most beautiful Dolomite peaks, this accommodation is the right place. Located less than half an hour from Alleghe, Falcade, Canale d'Agordo and less than an hour from Arabba and the summit of Marmolada, this place is for you if you want to experience and explore the mountain in 360 degrees. The accommodation consists of: kitchen with kitchenette, private bathroom, double bedroom. The nearest parking lot is 50 meters away and is a free municipal parking lot.

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) e a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Non sono ammessi animali ed è vietato fumare. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo anche i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano (convertibile in letto su richiesta) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e climatizzatore. Un piacevole panorama è visibile dal balcone. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Area giochi nel giardino di fronte all'appartamento.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Confolia 3 Apartment, ground floor

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

The entrance is private, 2 bedrooms are available, the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, the two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, the main one also with a bathtub. From the house in 15 minutes you are at the Alleghe or Falcade ski lifts. There is also a rock gym in the municipality: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Small but cozy apartment, located 50 meters from the center of Campitello, is located near the cable car system for summer excursions and winter skiing. It is located in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 sqm. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.
