Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. There is a stunning ensuite featuring walk in oversized shower tray with rain fall shower head, wall hung toilet and Vanity unit with storage. The bedroom features bespoke, locally made furniture including a super-king pencil post bed, Smart 50” tv, dressing table and large wardrobe. Off road parking.

It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes.
