Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Come and spend time in our beautiful rustic Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. You will love this romantic escape in a luxury shepherds hut. With a cosy wood burning stove, underfloor heating for when you need extra cosiness, and a king size bed, kitchen and double rainforest shower. You will find a selection of board games. Outside you have your own private wood fired hot tub and BBQ with countryside views whilst at night you can gaze at the stars on your star gazing bed, which also makes a superb sun bed for catching those rays 💚

The Bull Pen - Barn conversion 3 Ensuite bedrooms

The Bull Pen is 8 miles west of Cambridge, in the Cambridgeshire village of Bourn. It is a comfortable and peaceful place with open space indoors and outside for friends and families to enjoy. All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.
