We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.

Located in the idyllic village of Ashton which was previously part of the Rothschild Country Estate of Ashton Wold this single storey thatched cottage provides the ideal retreat to the countryside. The historic market town of Oundle is 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. The cottage has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and is peaceful & quiet.
