Holiday rentals with a fireplace in River Somme

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Lovely stay - great location in middle of the town and next to the beach

My friends and I had a great weekend . Christel was very available and accommodating with us while remaining discreet. We thank her very much for her great sympathy:) The accommodation is great and very comfortable, and the outside (pool area, jacuzzi, sauna and games room) is surely the greatest asset of this Airbnb! Fun and relaxation guaranteed! I highly recommend it, we'll be back with pleasure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is fantastic, very spacious and sparkling clean. There is a lovely private seat on the terrace with beautiful views of the greenery and the horses. It's very peaceful and quiet. Ideal to relax and unwind. There is a bakery 2 km away and supermarkets a little further.

We loved staying at Karine's place! The location was perfect to explore both Monet's gardens and Rouen. We loved the location in a small town at the foot of a castle too! The hosts were very kind and friendly. We appreciated the fresh cherries and eggs! Our kids loved playing with their dog and seeing the donkeys and chickens. The house was comfortable and very clean. Even though it was hot when we visited, the house stayed cool. We definitely recommend this airbnb!

We really enjoyed staying here. My children loved the house and garden and there is lots to do in Eu and neighbouring towns. Although we didn’t meet Pauline she was very responsive on message.

Tony’s place is beautiful and in a great location. Lovely gardens which are well looked after with direct access to the Seine. It was so restful sitting by the pond watching the fish. Tony was so helpful in all aspects of our stay, even recommending a great restaurant for our first night, difficult because it was a Sunday. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. The bedding and towels were comfortable and clean. Overall a very nice two night stay on our way home. Thank you Tony.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

Wonderful quiet apartment in busy social area . Windows must have been triple glazed as we couldn’t hear a noise once we stepped instead. We all loved the shower! Beds comfortable and air conditioning lovely as it was very hot when we stayed. We explored Lille , took a day trip to Ghent and popped to dunkerque on the train. Lille is lovely we will definitely be back! Nathan answered all our questions and we were able to leave our luggage before our return train home at 2000. Five stars all round!

A lovely air B&B. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very close to the Vimy War Memorial. We also did a day trip to Paris on the fast train from nearby Arras which was convenient. I would highly recommend.

the apartment is true to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this magnificent sea view.... it's tastefully decorated we found a very clean apartment where you can feel really expected! nothing was missing! with extra touches: cupcakes, tea, coffee capsules... the bedding was quality, nice sheets were waiting for us, nice towels... Maybe it should be specified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with motor difficulties.... The only very small downside.... Thank you very much to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! Accommodation under the roofs, clean and pleasant. Very well located accommodation in the city center so it's a little noisy. (not a problem for us, but good to know). 5 minutes from the beach on foot with all shops nearby. Valentine is a host with very good communication.

Villa located 50 m from the beach and 5 minutes walk, ideal for a weekend. Jacqueline was very accommodating and welcoming. We encountered some problems to make the sauna work finally solved. Homes match the photos. Please note that the windows are made of single glazing so some noise. However, we recommend this place.

Very nice well-equipped house with a magnificent view of the sea. Too bad for us, the sun wasn't there, but we were able to fully enjoy our days in a spacious house where there were 7 adults. Laurence

The views over Aspers Cycl Cross were breathtaking. Sat on the balcony and watched all the boats and barges go past, got some waves! 18 year old son loved the natural pool. All 6 of us were able to spread out comfortably with plenty of room in this spacious villa. Gavere is a breathtaking town full of character. Ghent 20 minutes beautiful with fantastic display at STAM museum and walking in town by Grasbrug and canals. 1hr 10 minutes drive to the incredible Pairi Daiza Zoo. Allow minimum 6 hours to tour and take it all in. 1 hour drive to Bruges which is by far our most favorite city to visit every time we return to Belgium. The market square was alive with the festival and smells of chocolate and waffles with horse poo shared in good measure! The TV in the main bedroom is far easier to use than the lounge TV. The bathrooms need locks preferably. Guido, our host was very laid back and friendly. A delight to talk to. We had all the basics needed. Loved every minute of our trip!

Excellent family stay at the Ecume des Jours. House full of charm, fully equipped and very peaceful. Very good bedding, very bright and pleasant ground floor. Beautiful playroom for the little ones. Walks directly accessible when leaving the garden. Very attentive owner. We will come back!

Spent a lovely week in l'Hortense! The grounds were absolutely stunning, pool was great. It felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Marc was great, answered any questions almost instantly. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing break.

Ludivine's accommodation corresponds in all respects to the description. My four friends and I loved the quality, especially of the veranda and the bedding. We are less than a ten-minute walk from the city center and the funicular. No problem to park and it's very quiet. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back.

Françoise's house allowed us to have a very nice family reunion. The garden and outdoor space allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather and the surrounding calm. Françoise answered all our questions. The accommodation had all the amenities to accommodate 8 of us without any worries.

perfect quiet stay. The accommodation is well suited for children. You don't step on each other with a large living room, a bedroom downstairs with bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms upstairs with also bathroom and toilet. A space dedicated to children and a beautiful terrace. Rabbits and birds run in the garden...
