Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist nur 500m vom Warener Stadthafen entfernt und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Müritz benötigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen hellen Wohn- Essbereich mit gemütlichem Kuschelsofa. Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize bett, Duschbad, großzügigem Wohn-Essbereich mit Sessel, Sofa, 4K TV und DVD-Player, Esstisch und Küchenzeile (komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler).

The real wood floor and high-quality equipment will guide you. In addition to a sauna, our large outdoor hot tub, two fireplaces, one in the living room and a fireplace in the master bedroom awaits you. Enjoy the lake view from the balcony on the 1st floor, as well as from the spacious terrace. The lake shore and forest area are around the corner.

The apartment is located in an apartment building ( 3 We) in the attic. It has a size of 35 m2, consisting of 1x living room and 1x bedroom, 1x small kitchen-living room ( stovetop, sink, fridge) and 1x bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. One free parking space on the premises can be used. It is 20 meters to Müritz and a swimming spot is available. It is a 5-minute walk to the city harbor, city center and national park entrance.

Wandern, Schwimmen, Biken, SUP fahren, Spaziergänge oder einfach die Natur genießen, wir sagen herzlich Willkommen. Sie haben ein eigenes Boot, wir haben den Bootsanleger.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washing rocker. In the DG you can use 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor jacuzzi with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 car parking spaces.

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

Experience from our cozy garden deck with large terrace, covered barbecue area and garden, the unobstructed view of the Müritz -also called "little sea"! Sunbathing on your own terrace, playing in the garden, swimming on the beach directly in the park, renting a boat in the adjacent harbor, romping with the kids on the varied playground, relaxing bike tours through the watery surroundings or hiking in the Müritz National Park ...for all this it is the ideal starting point!

Our apartment offers a beautiful place of relaxation in quiet surroundings. The skylights have a sun protection roller and separate fly screen roller; Kitchenette and separate dining table including sofa and armchair, bed are in one room, the courtyard garden invites you to linger. The small swimming beach is only 300 meters away, where the water landscape of the Müritz invites you to swim, paddle or take another boat tour. Day trips by car offer beautiful destinations.

Suitable for 2 people it is located in the basement of our house. Our holiday apartment is ideal for couples or business travelers. When booking our holiday apartment Kölpinsee (4pers.) in the same house, you can enjoy your holiday at the Müritz as a large family with up to 6 people.

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.
