Good accomodation, clean and well kept. Has everything you need for a short stay. It's outside the main city/village so you need a car. Definitely recommend. The room can get quite hot , so may be a challenge for summer period since no airco is available.

Alloggio davvero bello all'interno di una fattoria. A 15 minuti da Brunico e comodo per qualsiasi escursione in questa zona del sud tirolo. Pulizia impeccabile e host davvero amichevole e cordiale. Le sue uova erano buonissime!!! Bellissimo svegliarsi circondati dagli animali della fattoria. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Giacomo Apartment ist eine wirklich schöne Alternative, zu den vielen überteuerten Angeboten am Gardasee. Da er selbst im Haus lebt, ist er stetig bemüht sein Apartment in Schuss zu halten. In den ersten Tagen haben wir versucht, vom Haus aus in die Stadt zu laufen oder auch mal in ein Restaurant, etwas höher auf dem Berg. Obwohl als Wuppertaler schon an Berge gewöhnt, waren die Aufstiege für uns schon herausfordernd. Insbesondere bei der Hitze.

Siamo stati contenti, l'appartamento è molto confortevole, tipicamente anni '70, con diversi elementi di pregio; l'arredamento prevalentemente in stile montano è raccordato bene con elementi più moderni. L'unico neo è che alcuni elementi del mobilio (es. cucina) o dei serramenti (porte e finestre) avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione in più.

Heel gezellig, fijn en schoon apartement met prachtig uitzicht. Diverse fiets en wandelroutes vanuit het dorpje. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Prachtige omgeving. Laura is een fantastische host. Supercommunicatie, informatie over de omgeving. We kregen een heerlijke verassing: groenten uit haar eigen tuin en lokaal eten. Als je houdt van de bergen en van rust en natuur is dit apartement een absolute aanrader. Wij raden het 100% aan!

Nossa estadia com Rafael não poderia ter sido melhor, quer dizer, poderia! Se tivesse durado mais 😂 que lugar incrível! as fotos do airbnb não descrevem a beleza da villa, definitivamente! amigos e familiares, vendo as fotos que postei nas redes sociais, me perguntavam se o lugar era de verdade e, realmente, parede um sonho! a localização é perfeita, bem perto do centro da cidade, facilmente acessível da villa. o quarto é bonito, super bem equipado, super confortável para estadias mais longas. a villa é deslumbrante, com o jardim e as flores mais lindas que já vi. o Rafael é um anfitrião incrível, educado, prestativo e que nos faz sentir em casa! levei meu cachorro e ele pôde passear à vontade pelos jardins, relaxar debaixo das árvores, ele aproveitou tanto! não tenho palavras para agradecer ao Rafael, por tudo! além disso, riva del garda é uma cidade maravilhosa, até agora minha cidade preferida na italia! resumindo: voltaremos com toda a certeza! recomendo absolutamente!

Um lugar extremamente bonito!! Calmo e sossegado. Pra quem gosta de natureza é o lugar ideal. Tem mercados e restaurantes próximos. Muito perto do Alpe di Siusi também que é uma excelente atração turística. Ficamos muito satisfeitos

Wir haben im Mai 2025 eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe und Geschmack das Haus eingerichtet wurde. Die moderne Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und alles ist genauso schön, wie es auf den Bildern versprochen wird. Besonders der herrliche Balkon und der Whirlpool haben uns unvergessliche Momente der Entspannung beschert – wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Auch die Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet: stets erreichbar, herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder, sobald uns der Weg erneut in diese wundervolle Region führt

Il posto perfetto per trovare relax e "staccare la spina". Lo consiglio particolarmente a chi vuole fuggire dalla città ed immergersi nella natura. La casa è semplice, carina e ben attrezzata. Stefano preciso e disponibile

Du Unterkunft von Sergio war sehr schön. Im Winter bei viel Schnee braucht man Schneeketten. Man hat es sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen und um zur Sella Ronda einzusteigen fährt man nur 15 min.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La posizione era ideale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, permettendo di utilizzare in pieno la Trentino card! L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. La cucina ben attrezzata. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Alessandra e Michele sono ottimi host, molto disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona, oltre ad accoglierci con un ottimo strudel appena fatto, un cesto di frutta, una bottiglia e altre prelibatezze! Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare il Trentino e cercare un alloggio confortevole e accogliente, anche per gli amici a quattro zampa che sono pienamente accolti e coccolati! In Mitten von Weinbergen, umgeben von einer wunderbaren Aussicht liegt dieses bezaubernde Anwesen, in dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Dario hat uns super freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns herum geführt. Er war bei Fragen für uns da und ist mega relaxed. Das liebevoll gebaute und eingerichtete Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und nach einem langen Tag, kann man noch in der Sauna abschalten. Im UNESCO Weltkulturerbe Prosecco haben wir zu 5. für 4 Tage zwischen den Jahren fast die Welt vergessen. Von ganzem Herzen sagen wir Dankeschön für deine Gastfreundlichkeit lieber Dario und wünschen dir ein gutes und gesundes neues Jahr. Susi, Winni, Michel, Ramona und Isabell.

Un posto meraviglioso dove speriamo di tornare! Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze di Pasqua insieme ai nostri due bambini piccoli e ai nonni. Tutti e sei ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha un accesso comodo e offre tutte le comodità, sia all’interno che all’esterno, grazie anche al prato e alla vicinanza al fiume, raggiungibile in pochi passi, dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente. Balcone e stanze godono di una vista magnifica; il silenzio e la tranquillità ci hanno conquistati, pur senza darci la sensazione di essere isolati. I paesaggi intorno sono semplicemente da favola. Un grandissimo GRAZIE a Eligio e sua moglie, che ci hanno accolto con tanta cura e ospitalità. Sono stati sempre disponibili, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni esigenza e aiutandoci anche con alcuni piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto con l’auto.

The place was so cute and relaxing. Alessandro was very helpful because it was hard to find the place and we called in the middle of the night and he answered the phone and helped us it was really professional. Everything was great.

Ik was met mijn dochter en we hebben veel gewandeld in de omgeving. Perfecte locatie voor trekking. Het huis is ruim, De keuken goed uitgerust. Het balkon biedt een fantastisch uitzicht over de hele regio. Super leuke tijd gehad. Daniela vroeg wat onze interesse heeft en ze heeft een heel stel toegespitste tips meegegeven om te zien, te doen en restaurants. Heel erg prettig. Een aanrader! GRAZIE Daniela!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlotta’s apartment. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the apartment was very comfortable for our stay. Communication with Carlotta was easy and helpful throughout. We would be happy to return and can definitely recommend it to other guests.

Great place to stay in central Bozen walkable to the train station, oberbozen cable, main restaurants all within 10 mins. Clean place with extra towels and linens, Alberto was very responsive and accommodating. Balcony was nice and with a great view. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

We had just finished two weeks of very busy travel in Europe and upon arrival at Villa Pampinuccia, found it to be a quiet and relaxing place to be. We felt right at home. Monica and her husband made us feel welcome immediately. They are are friendly, helpful and offered much information about the area. The apartment is roomy, extremely clean and tidy and really is, a home away from home. Villa Pampinuccia is in a good location to explore the many nearby towns and at most, is a 30 minute walk to the centre of beautiful Bassano del Grappa . To summarise ... Villa Pampinuccia is just perfect!!
