A welcoming 40 m² living space with sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, featuring: a kitchen with a large central island/dining area, microwave/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, teapot, kettle, blender, toaster, raclette machine, crepe maker… plus basic pantry items available; a “bistro-style” dining area with a wide bench; a living area with two sofas, a 49" TV, a DVD player, a small video library, and a Wii game console; a sleeping nook with two built-in alcove bunk beds (140 cm each).

Amoureux de grands espaces, vous serez conquis par toutes les activités que propose notre région. Sports d'hiver, randonnées, VTT, escalade, sites touristiques (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy). Maison du 19 éme siècle de 85 m2 entièrement rénovée en 2018. Accès rapide par l'autoroute A89, sortie 25, à 4 km du logement. Garage privé.

Au cœur du parc des volcans d’Auvergne, dans un petit village à mi-chemin entre la chaine des Puys et le massif du Sancy, venez chercher le calme dans une maison auvergnate entièrement rénovée avec 3 chambres. L'été, vous trouverez de nombreux circuits de randonnées ou de VTT à faire dans les différents massifs. L'hiver, venez découvrir à 15 min le domaine de cap Guéry avec ses pistes de skis de fond ou de raquettes et à 25 min, la station du Mont-Dore avec ses pistes de ski de descente.

Gite located in the heart of the volcanos of auvergne in a small peaceful corner. You will find all the comfort to enjoy a good moment with family or friends: large living room, 3 single rooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the outside. In summer, it is the departure of circuits to discover the Domes Sancy region. In winter, it is located 15 minutes from the Cap Guery mountain center, Nordic area with Nordic ski trails, snowshoeing, dog sled rides.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €7 with a bottle of Chateaugay.
