Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rockledge

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little spot right across the street from a peaceful stretch of beach. Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Quiet area. The common spaces were great; we had nearly all our meals out there. The unit was quiet and stylish and everything worked perfectly. Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to raise and lower. I would definitely stay there again! One caveat: units G and H face a white fence; all the others have nicer settings. We stayed in unit A which is a corner unit closest to the common area and the path to the ocean.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and unique space close to everything. Loved being able to ride my bike everywhere. Had everything I needed in the kitchen. Screened porch was amazing for taking in afternoon thunderstorms.

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

Carrie was a great host! The house was clean and well maintained. The thought she puts into making your stay truly feel like home away from home is above and beyond. Highly recommend her as a host or even a co-host.

Lots of amenities and very spacious for our large group. We enjoyed having room for everyone.

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

Historic home in a nice neighborhood. Nice kitchen. Very clean bathrooms. Pool and outside was delightful. Bed was comfortable. Ashley delivered some bakery goods for a delicious welcome. She also let us in early which helped us out. The coffee station was used and handy. There was a washer and dryer that we could use. Thanks to Ashley for her home!

Being an asthmatic I struggle to find locations clean enough & free of dust and harsh smells… this beautiful home was absolutely perfect!!! Rune was incredibly responsive, helpful, accommodating, & attentive! We will absolutely be staying here again- thank you!!!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. It felt like home, we'll definitely book again on our next visit to include sharing the host's listing. Fabulous "Fabian" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ you get 5 stars. Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
