Apartment holiday rentals in Rockport

I was so impressed and plan to use them again on our annual trip to Port Aransas. I can't recommend this condo enough. just a fantastic place to stay.

my family and I loved this place . already planning on going back. pool what kept up, with, grass was nice and thick. the dock was a wounder place to chill and fish. only bad thing to say was the night green light didn't work the breaker would jump think there was a short.

This is the beach condo you’re looking for! So spacious, so many essentials plus more, right on the beach. Two balconies! If you’re looking in this area you don’t need to look further. We loved taking the kids and being right on the beach and having everything we needed!

The perfect layout with spacious bathrooms and plenty of space for our group! Everything was so clean and communication was always great. The beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels for the whole stay! Loved sitting on the patio with a great view of the pool and bay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect place for our little family. Our toddler loved the pool and my husband loved the pier! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything! We were even able to walk to church on Sunday. We would definitely recommend Christin's place and look forward to staying again.

A few little things. We had a great stay! The apartment was lacking kitchen towels, a large cutting board, the pizza cutter broke when attempting to use. No dishwasher pods on site. All minor things but could easily be stocked for next person. Thank you!

If you are looking for a place with an amazing beach view, close beach access, and close enough to town and Cinnamon Shore…this is the place. It’s an older condo but is very well taken care of and has everything that you could possibly need. The view is absolutely beautiful! Pools were very clean as well. It’s literally a walk down to the beach! Sunrise is like no other, if you are up early enough. Was a wonderful pick for an overnight get away from the city.

We had a great time. The home was perfect. Great location with quick access to the beach and restaurants.

Easily walkable to just about anywhere in town if you so choose. We walked to the beach daily. Plenty of beach shops nearby. Reasonable price for the location. We will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

We love this place. The people managing the property are hardworking and kind. The pool and landscaping maintenance is excelente and you can easily walk to the beach. We had an awesome time. Ekaterina was always available for any questions. Also love how well equipped is the apartment.

We had a great time staying in the condo! We will definitely be back! Peyton responded quickly and informed me of things along the way. The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family! So close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Scott was an excellent host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Great unit. Decor was spot on. Barn doors were a good touch. Neighbor was loud but unavoidable . Caught some fish but the bay was full of jelly fish which hampered any fishing. Liked the neighborhood and overall we really liked it

Peaceful stay at this beautiful condo! Loved the location and the close proximity to the beach. The provided beach gear (chairs and towels) made it very easy to pack up and go. The condo itself was clean and spacious and provided enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. It was close enough to Port A to get some shopping and dining experiences, while private enough to have our own space on the beach and pool. We were not aware of the construction prior to arriving and while it did not cause large issues, the noise was loud for several long portions of a couple of afternoons so we found other things to do outside of the condo! We were very thankful to find charged lanterns during several power outages during a bigger storm that passed through. All in all, would definitely recommend this space for families with 10+ yr old children or adults.

We had a fantastic stay at Troy’s condo for a weekend getaway during the Fulton Oyster Fest! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a fun day at the festival. The location was great—just a short drive to Rockport, Fulton, local restaurants, and the beach. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Troy was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient Rockport getaway!

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex. The scenery was breathtaking! The pictures don’t do it justice. The last morning there we saw Dolphins from the porch, we ran down to the pier to get a closer look. Pier had a fish station and benches, and lights for night time It was peaceful, and the place was immaculately clean. There is a small road between the condo, and ocean however there is not many cars just mostly golf carts and people walking and jogging on it.  Everything we needed including an extra chair in the closet. They had everything there for cooking you would need. Lots of dog friendly restaurants in Rockport including a dog beach. Love that they had a washer and dryer. We put all the wet clothes in after we came back from the beach. Doggy station right in the front so not far. Love that it was dog friendly, but you wouldn’t have even known there has been dogs there because it was so clean!! Communication was great! We had a great time! Beds were comfortable. Thank you! Definitely coming back!
