Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Each house has a garden with a pond, a terrace, a sauna, and an outdoor hot tub, where privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty in modern mountain chalets.

Contactless arrival, fenced garden (pets welcome), fireplace, terrace, charcoal grill, fireplace, toilet, refrigerator, hot tub. Nearby there is a ski slope, pond, lookout tower, restaurant, shop. An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The whirlpool is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Cottage Rozárka - Jizera Mountains

The cottage is located in the picturesque part of the village Kořenov - Příchovice and its location offers peaceful relaxation and an active vacation. The cottage has the possibility of accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In winter, its location will be appreciated by ski lovers who can use the adjacent ski areas or countless cross-country skiing trails with connections to the Jizera Highway. In the summer, the area is searched for tourists and cyclists who use the comfortable drifting track.

The typical Giant Mountains gag enriched with wellness (bath barrel with jacuzzi, infrared sauna) has retained its original mountain charm after the reconstruction, but at the same time it meets all the requirements of the usual comfort of today. It is located near the forest and the Jizera River, near the ski resorts (in Rokytnice n. Jizerou, Harrachov, ...). When we are on a cottage, we enjoy trips to the surroundings (Jizerka, Harrachov and many other places - maps and leaflets in the cottage).

Modřínek – a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a blend of comfort, nature, and farm life. You'll meet the sheep of Bár, Rose, and Dala. There is also a llama-trekking, where you'll walk around the local nature along with Lama Bambulack, Freya or Oliver – perfect fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, you can relax – a sauna by the river and a hot-tube (hot-tube) are included, at no extra charge. In summer, you can cool off right in the river.
