Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away.
