had such a lovely stay at the little cottage. great spot to just relax and be in a secluded little sun trap away from any hustle and bustle. hot tub was perfection, garden is just perfect to sit and read our books and have some drinks, kitchen was easy to use and got the job done for cooking, shower was nice and hot and good pressure (sounds silly but i think the shower is always worth a mention!) bed was so comfy, best we’ve slept in weeks! really appreciate the sky box being included, great value for money here. big thanks to Lorraine!

Amy’s cottage was very cosy! Great location with the Buddle inn nearby for a delicious dinner. The cottage was more than big enough for our family of five and we had a hugely restful and enjoyable stay. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

Wonderful little cottage, where get to see horses and donkeys everyday. We loved staying here and are already looking to book again in the autumn. Joyce & David are lovely and we’re happy to show us around the farm and tell us all about the animal, thank you so much.

We just had a wonderful long weekend in Wherwell in Rob & Sue’s beautiful cottage. Such a stunning village, the cottage exceeded our expectations, Rob & Sue were fantastic hosts & the breakfast pack was great. We finished the weekend with a lovely soak in the hot tub. Thank you Rob for the lift on the Saturday & your kindness.

Stayed here with my partner for a long weekend getaway and had an excellent time. The cottage was spotless, well maintained and beautiful. We also spoke with Phil who was extremely welcoming and friendly, and gave us many good recommendations for the area. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to stay again!

A perfect 48-hour escape from London! We couldn’t have found a better place for a quick countryside getaway. The Barn is the ideal spot to unwind and truly disconnect from city life—immaculate, beautifully curated, and full of thoughtful touches. Emma is a fantastic host, clearly passionate about creating a warm and welcoming space. We especially loved spending the evening outdoors with a BBQ, then getting cosy inside by the wood burner. The locally sourced jam and butter, plus fresh eggs from Emma’s own farm, were such a lovely bonus. We left feeling rested and recharged—already dreaming of coming back!

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Salisbury! walking distance from everything in the city and good connections to places further away like the new forest. Paula was also really attentative and welcoming 10/10!

Very relaxing, welcoming and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. The pub over the road was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a lovely weekend away at this property. It's perfect for a couples getaway and had plenty a lovely walks nearby for the dogs. I'd highly recommend a stay here and we will be looking forward to returning.

We loved Emma’s cottage - cosy and comfortable. The village of East Meon is delightful with wonderful walks (Old Winchester Hill with its Iron Age fort and barrows is especially recommended). There is an excellent pub, and East Meon is a good base for visiting nearby places such as Winchester and Salisbury. Emma and her husband were very responsive. Highly recommended.

Mary's cottage was a delightful place to stay. It was chocolate box pretty on the outside and cosy with so many homely touches on the inside. The area was beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

The Cot is an absolute gem — cosy, charming, and beautifully put together. We especially loved reading through the welcome pack and learning about the cottage’s history, which added such a personal touch to our stay. The decor is tasteful and inviting, but what truly stood out for us were the little luxuries — the high-quality linen and wonderfully comfortable pillows made all the difference. Our 3 day stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and amazing for the kids they were so engaged and interested in the animals. Great footpaths as well and lots to do in the vicinity.

Our stay was great. Jade and Mark helped us resolve any issues we had and were very friendly. The place itself is well equipped and in a lovely countryside area with beautiful walks all around. It was also a good base for trips to Salisbury and surrounding areas, easy to access and far from any road noise etc.

From initial booking, arrival to departure Lisa was in touch to make sure everything was ok and set up for us & our grandson on arrival ( bed guard, stair guard & books to read ) . Any questions were responded to quickly and Lisa was really easy to message/chat to about the cottage and local area The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed and a few treats waiting for us on arrival. Lyndhurst centre was within easy walking distance ( even for a 4 year old) and we had no problems parking our car on the road near the cottage. We were able to unwind & relax after days out exploring and staying here meant we were within easy reach of most places in the new forest, paultons park, furzey gardens & Beaulieu all within a short drive. We would like to visit again and would definitely book Lisa’s cottage as it was a home from home

My daughter and I just loved the cottage. The garden is immaculate and the cottage is comfortable and well stocked. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the cottage from the furnishings to the night lights. Ian was a fantastic host. He was communicative and responsive throughout our stay. The cottage is also well situated, giving easy access to places of interest in the area.

A beautiful and relaxing home in a stunning location. Host Linda was very responsive and helpful. Well equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and ample space for living and dining. One of the best places we have ever stayed at!

Lovely hosts Nina and Tony welcomed us with warmth and good spirits,the cottage oozed with history of past craftsmanship and family life of days gone by.From the amazing fireplaces with 4 foot thick walls to the quirky doors and windows .So many past features in the thatched cottage but yet comes with all the essentials of modern day living.Suffice to say we had a very pleasant stay in the cottage and were lucky with the weather on our many days out.Would recommend Botanical gardens and Steep hill cove coastal walk in Ventnor as a must see to future visitors…..
