Holiday rentals with a patio in Romsey

Sara is definitely the best host I have ever met. Her flat was immaculate and the 360 views of Ocean Village were amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sara's sophisticated flat for your next stay over in Southampton.

It’s a good size for 2 people. Yes you are right next to a busy main road & that’s the view from the balcony but for the price it was worth it! I appreciated the details, like the micellar water, cotton buds, shower gel etc & plenty of toilet roll for our stay. I found the bed comfortable, my partner struggled with it being too soft but he was delighted with the fan in the bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped with oils, herbs/ salt& pepper One suggestion however, is to upgrade the kitchen bin as it’s far too small & has no lid which isn’t great if you’re throwing away rubbish! Another suggestion would be to provide another decent sized glass, as I had to have a beer from a mug! I’d also recommend bringing an extra washing up sponge/ tea towel as the sponge especially smelt quite bad. It was about 10 min walk away from the beach/town, & a co-op just down the road. Also a few minutes drive to a huge Asda. Overall would stay here again, thank you for having us! ☺️

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Very clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the outdoor space as we had superb weather to sit out and admire the views. Lots of great places to visit in the surrounding area.

excellent location can walk to the beach but extremely quiet and private location the room was spotless and much bigger than I thought a lovely location to stay. Hosts where excellent went the extra mile for us and where freindly to us and our dog would live to stay again.

Sheralee's apartment is in an absolutely perfect location for enjoying a holiday in Sandbanks. The views are so beautiful and peaceful of the harbour from the balcony, bedroom window and living room window. There was everything we needed in the Airbnb and we loved eating dinner on the balcony as well as at the dining table in the living room. Would highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back another time. So lovely that there is such easy access to both the harbour side (we did kayaking there) and the beach side through the Jazz Café entrance to the beach. Also, having the Tesco Express as part of the same building was really handy to buy food from!

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. There were lovely touches to make us feel comfortable - the apple juice was delicious! Thanks so much for everything!

Had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The place was very well furnished and equipped with lovely decor. Chris was very quick to respond when we got in touch and was there in time to handover keys. The only drawback was that the blinds in the bedroom are not light proof and the room is quite warm so had to leave windows open, because of which daylight was streaming in from 4.30 am and the passing vehicles outside through the night made it a little difficult to sleep, so would suggest keeping a fan and changing the blinds. The stay was otherwise lovely, with thoughtful touches such as a wine bottle with wine glasses and biscuits for tea and coffee.

This property is one of the best and nicest we've ever stayed at! Everything was covered including little night light plugins (I'd bought my own as I'd never before had them provided, so that was a lovely touch). The seating in the lounge was excellent, very roomy and comfortable for evenings watching tv. The TV was also fine and the kitchen was well equipped . We'd brought our own Nespresso Mini for our morning coffee as we 're not fond of cafetières so we were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also great and the towels wonderfully soft- like new! We weren't able to use the garden as it was somewhat chilly during our week but that will also be a lovely bonus in better weather. Pubs and shops and cafes are not far away so an easy stroll into town and you can buy or have whatever you need! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to guests and to come here again ourselves!

A fantastic week staying in an idyllic cottage just on the outskirts of the New Forest. We loved exploring the towns and villages nearby, some recommended by Mandy in the helpful handbook provided. The house was quirky and we loved exploring the huge record and book collection in the house, and our son loved spotting all the various plants and fruit growing in the garden! Mandy also provided a baby cot and monitor for our baby, which was excellent and saved us bringing our own down. The cottage was a great home base for us to come back to, especially after attending a wedding into the early hours. The surroundings are excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again here if we visit the New Forest again!

What a great place for family to stay. Jade was extremely helpful and really responsive. She even went out of her way to purchase a vacuum cleaner for the property as one was needed. Thank you.

Stayed with 2 small children, husband and my mum. Great house, travel cot and highchair were missing, but we took our own anyway. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of crockery and cutlery (plus tea/coffee/sugar). 5* cleanliness and we would know crawling around the floor with 2 small children. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Garden was lovely, sat outside both evenings, it does need some tlc though. Fab host brought us a fan while we were staying due to the heatwave. Much appreciated. Lovely area. Quiet, and quick walk to local shops, takeaways and pub. Would 100% stay again.

Wow! Felt as good as home. Was an excellent place for exploring the area, which is fantastic. The two Greyhound pubs are great for food and drink. The local one accessed along a part of the Clarendon Way, a really nice walk. Such a comfortable place to be. Thank you 🤩

Our stay was absolutely magical! The place exceeded all our expectations — it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect: peaceful, close to nature, and ideal for creating unforgettable memories with the family.

We had a really lovely weekend stay at The Bolt Hole with our two boys and dogs. The house is in a great spot with lots of walks and things to do nearby. The garden is so beautifully kept, however, that it was hard to tear ourselves away! Claire and Buster were very accommodating and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Where do I start! What an AMAZING place! Such a stunning house with beautiful surroundings and in the perfect location! Literally 5 minutes from Paultons Park, and 30 minutes from many beaches. Gaby recommended a couple of beaches which we explored and both were 30/40minutes away. Gaby and Joel left basics for us, like egg, milk and bread which we really appreciated, after travelling 4 hours to get there, we just wanted to settle in, so were very grateful. We absolutely loved the house, we loved spending every minute there. A beautiful garden for the children to enjoy with some beautiful plants. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next trip so we can stay there and enjoy the house more!

A beautiful, well equipped apartment with very friendly hosts. Lovely position by the river and in a very peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend without a doubt!

The location was ideal to get to the beach and into town. The apartment was modern and clean and as advertised with a lovely Balcony. Sonya left bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch, the check in and out process smooth and her communication throughout first rate. I would recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Bournemouth.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Robert's place was absolutely perfect for a weekend in southsea. The area of southsea its self is so lovely and probably the nicest location around. The place was perfect with a massive communal Open kitchen and a big front room, great for friends and families to hang out. The bedrooms were actually nicer than the pictures. The garden was great and they had lots of indoor and outdoor games which was good to entertain my niece. The front bedroom was a little loud with the road until about 10pm, but after that it was fine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ cutlery/ cleaning products etc. Perfect place to stay!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Had 4 lovely nights at Nicole's place. very clean and beautifully maintained. this property is in a great place too. 5 mins walk to two great pubs with lovely food. 2 minute walk to a path down to the beach. take a left towards Bournemouth and Boscombe which we did 11 miles walked that day! and a right towards the Sandbanks. There you can catch a chain ferry to Studland beach. 🥰 I would definitely recommend staying here. you won't be disappointed. great stay! Thank you Nicole 😊

Such a fantastic place to stay with great hosts too!! It was only a short walk to the beach and to the shops which was perfect for our family. But it was equally wonderful to be able to sit in the flat and look out at the stunning view of the sea too. It definitely felt like a home away from home! Thank you Louis!
