Spotlessly clean. Very responsive and friendly host. Hedon is a lovely little market town with all the shops, coffee shops and takeaways you would expect. On street parking. If no space, there is a wide track almost opposite the location which is also used for parking. I used this venue to visit family locally. 15 minutes into hull city centre. 30 minutes to the coast at withernsea. Will definitely be returning.

We always choose this lovely cottage when we are visiting family and the owners are fantastic and make us feel right at home. The location is beautiful and peaceful and the surrounding countryside filled with wildlife. To all our fellow travelers all I can say is that you will love this cottage and there are multiple good reasons why we keep coming back. Thanks again to Richard and Philomena for always making us feel so welcome and for all the goodies you share. Hope to back in the near future.

Peaceful place to stay. We met Nicky, she is really welcoming and kind. Eggs, bread, cheese, butter, cereals and more were available for us which was really generous! Thank you Nicky 🙂

We booked a last minute break and based on such positive reviews for the place, we were very excited. It did not disappoint, it is clean, well located and has everything you might need for a little family get away. Walking distance from tunstall beach, very short drive from nearby sea side towns/villages and not far from hull. We have small children so we ventured to Wythansea and to Hull to visit the Deep on a very rainy day. Scott's place was the perfect base for us to do this. Great value for money, we would definitely stay again.
