One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

This unique and original apartment has been lovingly refurbished with passion and care. A perfect blend of new and old, the space offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large living room is an inviting place to relax after a full day of exploring. The highlight of the apartment is the beautiful wooden deck on the south-facing side, perfect for soaking in the sun. Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

The apartment is located in St. Zyprian, a quiet little village in the Dolomites at 1100 m above see level. The area offers a lot for outdoor enthusiasts like hiking, mountaineering, biking, skiing and snowshoe hiking. Bus- and cable car station are in a distance of 300 m. There are a lot of hiking routes starting directly from the apartment into and around the beautiful nature park Schlern-Rosengarten. Wonderful landscapes are guaranteed.
