Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rosny-sous-Bois

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. One thing that really stuck with me was something he said during our tour: “I always put myself in my guests’ shoes and treat them how I would want my own family to be treated.” That statement perfectly reflects how he hosts—with genuine kindness, care, and attention to every detail. Tarik goes above and beyond in every way. He is personable, respectful, and truly dedicated to making sure guests have the best experience possible. Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

We absolutely loved staying at Capucine’s apartment. It’s one of the rare Airbnbs that actually looks better in person than in the listing - clean, tidy, and tastefully appointed. The neighborhood is fantastic: full of great bars, restaurants, boulangeries, and shops, all within easy walking distance. Public transport is excellent, with multiple metro stations and bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We felt very safe and secure, and the apartment itself was peaceful, full of natural light, and offered a lovely view of a classic Parisian street. We will happily stay here again next time in Paris!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Allan war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich geholfen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Danke der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und dem Balkon konnte man die Großstadt mit Erholung verbinden. Es war sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Paris. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvolleingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, es wurden tolle Tipps geschickt und bei Fragen sofort geantwortet. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit einem persönlichen Brief und einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I stayed in Turkan's apartment alone for a month and it was an incredibly special adventure that I will never forget. Her home had such a beautiful atmosphere, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived- both by her and the space. Everything I could possibly need was already provided for me, and Turkan very generously left me some fruit and wine on my arrival. I didn't speak any French when I arrived, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but Turkan took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know whilst showing me around the apartment. It was such a pleasure to live right outside (and overlooking) such a beautiful cemetery, and so close to lovely cafes, bakeries and food markets, whilst still being in a very peaceful area. Both line 12 and 13 on the metro were close by and gave easy access to the rest of the city. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again in future, I developed a real connection with the area and apartment. Thank you Turkan!

Nous avons passée un séjour agréable entre copains dans une maison qui correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Les espaces et les chambres étaient super pour accueillir nos familles et nos 4 enfants. Les hôtes sont très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de séjourner sur Paris. Merci encore 👌🏻

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

Tous les occupants ont été plus que ravis, chacun son espace tout en étant proche des autres, une pièce commune suffisamment grande et conviviale. une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Cette maison dégage une ambiance chaleureuse qui enchante les grands comme les petits grâce à l'espace extérieur. je recommande vivement

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
