Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rösrath

Ich bin für einen Kurzurlaub dorthin gefahren. Die Gegend war ruhig, mit viel Natur . Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön dekoriert. Es hat zudem an nichts gefehlt. Sogar für die Kinder gab es Bücher und Spiele gegen die Langeweile. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam. Würde ich jedem empfehlen!

Great apartment — very clean and cozy, with new furniture and beautiful views from the windows. The city and surroundings are also fantastic: quiet, with convenient public transportation nearby, a grocery store within walking distance, and several lovely parks and forests perfect for walking or sports activities. Joachim is a great host — very helpful, responsive, and provided all the necessary information. The internet can be a bit unstable at night, but overall it's fine. As mentioned in the listing, if you're taller than 185 cm, you may occasionally bump your head on the slanted ceiling — I did many times — but it wasn't a problem for me during my month-long stay. I definitely recommend this apartment — it’s worth every penny. Thanks again, Joachim!

Fabulous Apartment which is only a couple minutes away from the station that gets you into the centre of Cologne. Extremely clean with plenty additional towels and bed sheets. One of the best Air B&B accommodations I have ever stayed in. Just a fabulous accommodation.

Als "Stammgäste" genossen wir auch diesmal unseren Aufenthalt und konnten, bestens ausgeschlafen, unsere Reise erholt fortsetzen. Zudem hat es dich diesmal gezeigt: Mit ihrer Lage im Untergeschoss des Hauses ist die Wohnung besonders geeignet bei hochsommerlichen Aussentemperaturen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is not only beautiful but there is so much to do and see and great restaurants right in the area! It’s very walkable but quieter at night than other city areas. The place was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Andrea ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die es versteht, dass sich Ihre Gäste von Anfang an Zuhause fühlen. Das Haus ist einfach Klasse!!! Lässt keine Wünsche offen - es ist ein echter Traum - absolut empfehlenswert!!! Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, werde ich das Haus von Andrea in jedem Fall wieder buchen - es ist wesentlich besser, als alle anderen Häuser, die ich jemals auf Airbnb gebucht hatte. My husband, 7 month old, 3 year old & I stayed in Johanna’s house for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings for walks and absolutely loved the old school teachers house. It had everything that we needed and was extremely comfortable. Both neighbors were absolutely the sweetest and added so much to overall enjoyment. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future. Johanna was such a wonderful and accommodating host.

Ein sehr schönes, großes Haus, in dem viele Menschen Platz haben. Wir waren in der Nähe zur Hochzeit eingeladen, es passte perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich, der Esstisch riesig, so dass wir mit 9 Leuten mehr als gut dranpassten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ich habe meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Villa gefeiert und alle waren begeistert von dem Riesen Platz und Möglichkeiten die man Vorort hat.

Wir haben uns im Haus direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die drei Etagen bieten eine schöne Abtrennung der verschiedenen Lebensbereiche. Die Küche hatte alles was das Hobbykoch- und Bäckerherz begehrt - bis auf ein Gefrierfach. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und selbst bei der Hitze unter dem Dach war es angenehm kühl. Alles ist wundervoll hell und es gibt Rollläden überall. Die vielen Pflanzen haben mich auch gleich wie Zuhause fühlen lassen. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren ein großes Plus. Lidl ist nur knapp 5 Autominuten entfernt. Für den Hund waren die umliegenden Felder super toll, sowie auch die Terrasse. Wir haben uns über die Goodies sehr gefreut. Die Ruhe war herrlich. Parken konnte man auch immer gut, selbst mit zwei Autos. Weil ich die Beschreibung nicht sorgfältig gelesen hatte, war ich zuerst von den Wachteln und Hühnern im Hof und Garten überrascht, aber sie haben gar nicht gestört. 😅 Es war alles sehr unkompliziert und die Antworten immer sehr schnell. Wir kommen wieder!🙌?

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Unglaublich zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, uns alles zu erklären. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

Stephanie ist ein ganz ganz lieber, zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Host. Ihre Wohnung ist wunderschön, super gelegen, hat einen tollen Balkon und einen unfassbar schönen Ausblick. Zum Festival Gelände und See sind es nur wenige lauf Minuten. Es war sauber und sie hatte sogar ein Hundebett, eine Wasserschale und ein Ball für unsere Hunde bereitgestellt. Wir würden immer wieder bei ihr übernachten wollen.

Wir waren zu Dritt für drei Tage bei Corinna in der Unterkunft. Schon vorher war die Kommunikation super und alles konnte leicht geklärt werden. Corinna war super freundlich und wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden. Sie konnte uns ein paar gute Tips für die Umgebung geben, hatte aber auch einen Ordner in der Wohnung hinterlegt, in dem auch alles nötige zu finden war. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, schlicht und zeitlos eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Stadt ist über ein paar Treppen gut zu erreichen und man hat alles was man braucht. Appartement fidèle a la description et situé dans une résidence calme. Un commerce est a proximité. Et l'hôtesse est très réactive. Je recommande ce logement

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Die kleine Dachterrasse und das zweite Badezimmer sind ein Plus. Auch wenn es kein zweites Schlafzimmer gibt, hat es mit vier Personen gut geklappt.
