A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

Due to the convenient location (near A4/A14/B101/B175) or the nearest bus stop only 200 m away and parking space (up to 7.5 t) on the property, it is possible to arrive with your own vehicle. The amenities are up to date after the 2018 renovation. You can find peace and quiet on the small terrace by the house. Shopping (bakery, butcher, supermarket) for everyday needs is nearby.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. Arrive and feel good.... that is our motto and wish for you! Our apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 sqm. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you can also quickly reach the highway to explore the surroundings.
