Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and are happy to share the downstairs apartment. It is an entire place, independent of us with a parking space and side entrance. The apartment is downstairs and you will hear us upstairs if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the center of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
