Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rottach-Egern

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are a team of 10 people and one Toddler was there, the size was more than enough for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We had a great stay at Marina & Max! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!

We had a very nice time. Friendly hosts, for the low price the accommodation was tip-top, clean, quiet location and yet close to the center of Rottach-Egern. Just 10 minutes' walk to the lake. The hosts had written us a golden welcome on the chalkboard in front of the door. Gladly again .... 👍

This was a feel-good vacation at its best: an extremely accommodating host, a beautiful quiet place where you immediately felt at home, very tasteful, large bedroom with balcony and a great environment for all who like hiking, cycling, golfing or just want to enjoy the nearby lake. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

I was here a few days with my 1.5 year old daughter. Susanna provided extra children's dishes, a children's towel and a toy box with Lego Duplo - great! I felt very welcome. What was also remarkable was that despite the attic, it was pleasantly cool (in June). You can completely darken the apartment - also important with a child. Otherwise, everything was clean, spacious and everything you need was there. You have a great view from the balcony into the mountains and you can get there very quickly. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with Tanya for 1 week and felt very comfortable! The apartment is superbly equipped, we got freshly baked bread and Tanya was always available! You can look at the lake from the terrace and hikes are possible directly from the apartment and it is also only a short walk to the lake. We can 100% recommend the apartment! Great area with lots of options for hiking, biking and eating out! We recommend the Gasthof Rieder in Fischl, a great tip from Tanya, here is an amazing Wiener Schnitzel! I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a very nice stay at Sabine's place and would be happy to come back. Sabine is a very warm person and was available for questions. The place is cozy, clean and especially the kitchen is super equipped. We felt very comfortable.

The place was spotlessly perfect with all the facilities, the room and living room kitchen both had enough space, and it had everything we needed perfectly. The garden is also spacious and even has a small garden connected to the kitchen. Most importantly, the host responds quickly and cheerfully, and answers questions clearly.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and everything worked out great. Gladly again!
