Excellent stay at Jamie’s, responsive and informative with local knowledge. Lovely spot close to Runswick Bay and plenty of walks around. Great stay all round would recommend

Idyllic, just what we needed, quiet, private setting, weather a bit ..... but that's to be expected that far north. Private field for our dog to explore, outside space to relax. Host very good too, popped in to say hello and check all was ok then left us to it but was on site so if we did need anything. would recommend and if we head north again would defo stay again.

Barbaras place is stunning! We absolutely loved our stay here. such a peaceful and cosy place. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this cottage.

We absolutely loved staying at Staithes View! Quiet, beautiful, definitely off the beaten track, the location was just what we wanted and exactly as Dawn described. The house itself was very comfortable, with lots of attention to detail and comfort. Even though pubs and shops are not within walking distance, there are plenty of options by car (though, to be fair, not many at 7 pm on a Sunday). Dawn had some excellent suggestions, and was a friendly and responsive host. It is the perfect place from which to explore the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, and the wonderful coastal towns and villages. Equally, it would be a delightful place just to spend a few days in a peaceful and beautiful location and not go anywhere at all!
