The crown is located in a quiet, secluded location, in the Zillergrund. The area is an ideal starting point for hikes as well as high alpine tours. There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. The cottage has a living room with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee maker. 5 bedrooms, shower, toilet. Heating with wood-burning stove + electric. In front of the cabin there is a grill, fountain, and a very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer gladly on request.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Location near Murnau. The sanitary facilities, including a washing machine, are located in the adjoining building. A shared kitchen is available for farm guests in the main house. The Riegsee can be reached on foot within 10 minutes, including a small inn and a kiosk. The Sindelsdorf (A95) highway access ramp is about 8 minutes by car from the accommodation. A fire pit, grill, parking, and seating in the adjacent garden are available. P.S.: Additional sleeping places are available on the farm.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
