True to the descriptions. Garbage sorting is well explained. Difficult to aerate the bedrooms because there are no windows except skylights. Unable to have darkness in the morning in bedrooms. Seemingly clean and very well stocked with accessories, there is everything for cooking.

BREVA is a very great and clean apartment with very well equipped kitchen, great whirlpool tub, very modern bathroom and authentic loggia. Ckeck in and check out are completely uncomplicated and you get many helpful tips from Anke. The Winneburger Hof has a beautifully designed courtyard and a common area where you can enjoy wine in peace. For this purpose, the property offers a wide selection of local wines at a very fair price. Ernst is a great starting point for excursions on the Moselle, for example to Bremm, Beilstein, Cochem, Burg Eltz or Koblenz. On site there are a few restaurants, lots of wine bars, a butcher, a bakery, a supermarket, a canoe/bike/sup rental and more. In the village, there is plenty of parking, a beautiful promenade along the Moselle and many great cycling and hiking routes. We will definitely come back to the Winneburger Hof!

Great walkable area for groceries and restaurants. Everything is really very close! Some amenities listed were not available and parking was difficult. But the walkable area definitely made up for that. We had a very nice time for 4 weeks. It is close to many attractions. We will be back to enjoy this place again.

We loved staying here. The questions were answered and resolved quickly and easily. Host was always reachable. The location for our stay was perfect. A big plus is the private parking space, in a city like Cologne not self-evident.

Dear Bianca, dear Markus, We and our dog Benji felt completely comfortable in your cozy and chic furnished apartment. We didn't miss anything, you have created a great bathroom, a beautiful living/dining area and a cozy bedroom for your guests. The garden, the small terrace with the lounge furniture and the parasol provided the necessary relaxation after our hikes and sightseeing tours in the beautiful sunny weather. We took advantage of the location to the castle ruins of Ulmen and the Ulmener Maar with the Maar tunnel, as well as to the Jungferweiher and the nearby shopping facilities (bakery, grocery store, restaurant) to explore a lot on foot. We had a great stay at Kathi's! She was super helpful and responded directly to questions / comments. The heating did not always run at night (since it was in summer mode), but since it was cooler in the room, she adjusted the system so that we could always heat. In addition, the garden is wonderful and my little son enjoyed playing outside. We would always book the place again!

We stayed with some friends at Anita's for an extended weekend and we enjoyed it! A delightful garden to enjoy and a beautiful view. Anita responded quickly to questions and problems, which we greatly appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was present. I recommend everyone to spend a weekend or week in Winterspelt!

We spent a family weekend with six people in the house and felt completely comfortable. Everything you need is there. We were particularly impressed by the cozy fireplace and the kitchen equipment - even with a large selection of spices! We will be happy to come back.

Check in without problems despite Toni's absence. Drinks, fruits and coffee tabs were available as a welcome. The kitchen was also well equipped. The frying pans were probably not used properly by all tenants and should be replaced. Toni reacted immediately and gladly accepted other "tips". The apartment in the basement met our expectations. We had a very quiet time and enjoyed the mostly existing silence. We greatly appreciated the conversations with Toni and his openness. We would come back if we were to find ourselves in this area again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, good location. Easy check in. Super equipped kitchen, with spices. Coffee, coffee milk, wine, apple juice and sweets were provided. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The accommodation is actually even more impressive than you might expect from Airbnb. Very cozy, quiet, spacious and well maintained. Yes, depending on what you have in mind, you are in good hands here. The hostess Elena is also very friendly, quickly accessible and flexible. I'd love to come back.

Perfect place for a nice get-away in the amazing nature of the Ardennes. Has everything what you need and is also perfect for groups with 6 - 8 people.

Beautiful house, quiet location with ample space for everyone and parking, we also used the garage for changing track wheels and checking the car over before visit Spa. Dominique met us when we checked in giving clear instructions and also saw us off when we returned the door key.

Great apartment. Modern and in impeccably clean condition. Bed linen, towels, cushions and other small accessories are complete. Nothing is really missing. It feels like home.

Super nice apartment that really provides everything necessary. It is very spacious and the sauna is of course a highlight! You are within walking distance of the town center and can also walk to the shops. On the other hand, you are right next to the forest and field for great walks. Unfortunately, we could not do too much due to illness, but for longer excursions you need a car on site. We can definitely recommend the place!

Margret has received us very warmly. Upon arrival, she immediately asked if we had food with us. The shops in this region are closed on Ascension Day. Because we had nothing with us, she brought home-baked focaccia and arugula from her own garden. What hospitality! The home is very nice. The double bed with two separate mattresses is fine, but the sofa bed can also be easily converted into a full bed. Slept wonderfully. The location is perfect. It is adjacent to the Eifel Nature Park. Definitely recommended!
