Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Beautiful house located at the highest point of the small village of Mont, in the beautiful region of Malmedy. The house is in a quiet and relaxing location. Part of the large garden will not be accessible for a few weeks following construction. Direct access to the trails that will take you to the Hautes Fagnes plateau through the amazing Trôs Marèts canyon. Maps with marked circuits are available on site. Easy access to ski slopes (cross-country and alpine) and bike circuits!

The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
