Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.

Voor natuurliefhebbers en gezinnen met kinderen de perfecte plek. Een speeltuin ligt naast het huis. Er zijn 3 vijvers, mooi om te wandelen en om tegen betaling en op reservering op forel te vissen. Een klein stukje is officieel zwemwater. Op 10 km afstand liggen de mooie stadjes Sankt Vith, Malmedy en Vielsalm.
