Great place for our family to stay. Stairs are steep if that would be an issue but great location to ski hill and was a lovely spot.

Nice vacation home - clean, spacious, well equiped kitchen. Host communicates clearly and was very helpful. We left a few items behind and they helped arrange the pickup.

Great house for skiing in Niseko / Hirafu House was beautiful, as pictured. Living room space and couches were large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Steps away from the free shuttle to the mountain, which ran very often (every 15 /20 mins). Or, if you store your skis in the lockers at the Hirafu Mountain Sports Center Annex (one of the bus stops by Kings Gondola) then you can walk to the mountain in ~15-20 mins. The house is steps away from some of the great restaurants and bars of the areas, including Bar Gyu - so you are right in the heart of the action. Location was amazing. I was a bit worried at first that we were not closer to the mountain, but when we arrived I saw the location was really perfect for our needs. Only issues were minor - had an issue with check in but host responded immediately and cleared it up. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels, as only 1 was provided per person and they were small.

Great Stay! Clean and comfortable

It was my second stay, but this time it was perfect. It was a little cold, so if I increased the heating, I was worried about drying, so I needed a humidifier. Other than that, there's nothing to worry about! It is also great to be just a short walk from Hanazono Ski Resort!

We had the most wonderful time! Denton was fabulous in communication and gave us so many suggestions of things we could do, places to eat at, best places to hire snow gear etc. The kitchen was fabulous with everything available to use so we could cook at home which was so nice to not have to go out every night after snowboarding all day. The house is close to the resort and very private. So much space for our family to really relax alone or come together on the huge sofa! If you have the chance to stay here absolutely do so! See you next year Denton!

Everywhere is walkable from this house, you could walk right up to the Grand Hirafu slopes in about 10 minutes and there’s plenty of restaurants/bars around.

Everyone in our group of 10 was very impressed with how comfortable and well located Kitsune House was. We would highly recommend for a group ski trip and would love to be back again soon. I would only add, as the organizer of my group, that the comms could be better streamlined (ie, I was dealing with multiple different people via email who kept asking or confirming things that I'd discussed previously - like asking for everyone's passport again, or me having the need to double confirm previously arranged pick-ups and drop-offs). But I may be a little picky on this one as everything worked out well in the end and H2 never failed to deliver. Our group would highly recommend Kitsune House / H2 Group for your Niseko holiday.

Fantastic stay. The home was gorgeous and not too far from the slopes. If you stay here you definitely should rent a car but otherwise it was a dream vacation.

Discover Mr. Hanai's house on Airbnb in preparation for a new year trip 2022 ~ 2023.The location is fantastic, the bedroom and the living room on the second floor have large windows can clearly see Yotei Mountain, the view is fantastic and comes with a free breakfast every day.Mr. Hanai's value for money is much higher than the other resort hotels by the other Nisegiga Snow Resort.The room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, and the two cats, Bibi and An are very cute, and the living experience is quite good.A three-day multi-year trip with friends will be a precious memory of me in Hokkaido. Ps. On 1.1 New Year's Eve, we also provided us with a very sophisticated rice cake and chicken soup! The group of 5 of us had a very pleasant and relaxing 3 days at Hanai's house. Mr. Hanae's house is a very quiet and beautiful house on Mt. Yotei. The house is beautiful, the amenities are fully equipped, and the two cats of Bibi and An are very cute. Hokkaido's house is a great place to stay on Hokkaido. Mr. Hanai's house is definitely a great choice for foreigners who want to experience the peaceful life in Japan. The construction of the home as well as the views and location are outstanding. We spent three very comfortable and pleasant days here, skiing in Hirafu during the day and sitting together eating Nabe at night. The host is very hospitable and can communicate in English very smoothly.

Paul’s place was great. Location is very peaceful, very near the center of hirafu but you will still need a car - in fact a car is really necessary for niseko as the village is not really designed for walking with no sidewalks and the slopes are not well connected especially in any weather where the lifts shut. Place is very modern with great heating and amenities and fully equipped kitchen. It was very clean when we checked in and the bedrooms and bathrooms are both of great size. 4 people would fit comfortably. Paul is a fantastic host and very responsive.

Great place. Location is perfect if you're looking to be walking distance to hirafu area but still would like some privacy and great nature views. everything was in good shape and house was perfectly warm all the time. house is plenty big for all 11 people with one small caveat. the single bedroom is only accessed through the dry room which felt a bit strange but not terrible.

Very beautiful house and the view surrounding the house is also very beautiful. Great kitchen with reasonable amount of utensils. The kids really enjoy the ping pong table in the basement! Overall the house is really good and I highly recommend.

A spacious and comfortable home with beautiful original features and decorations. The views in all directions were magical, especially the changing light on the snow, Mount Yotei and the surrounding mountains. Our children loved having the space to play in powder snow. Julien and Yi Ching went above and beyond to help us make our stay wonderful.
