"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m2 apartment is on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. The Schwerin Lake is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with its own entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjacent o f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the consent of the landlord.

We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 15 inhabitants in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Especially for families with children, our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and a cat, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.
