We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. Both parks are rich in hiking and biking routes, and within walking distance you can enjoy a swimming pond with white beaches, and various fishing spots. “The Duke” golf course is just around the corner, where there is also a nice walking path.
