An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail - you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing - at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

Very nice house with great garden. We were here with a group of friends and were able to enjoy the area, also thanks to renting bikes through Joost. Also close to Den Bosch so everything was nearby. Absolutely recommended!

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

Great host and a beautiful property. Interior looks gorgeous. House is close to countryside nature. Village is peaceful and quiet.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and immediately at home. A wonderful environment where we completely relaxed. Probably the cosiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Arthur & Ellis place is very very cozy, clean and spacious. The place has everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed :) ) and it has a very nice atmosphere. Arthur and Elli were very nice, helpful, welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful vacation home where you lacked nothing.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

The stay was very nice, Heleen gave us great tips for eating out and was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy about the bicycles that we were allowed to use for the two days. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location! It is a beautiful and bright apartment with its own entrance and parking space. It was clean and fresh and equipped with every comfort. There is even a small outdoor space where you can retreat for a while. In the area, there is a supermarket and a bakery. There are also various hiking areas and nice towns to visit. Beautiful and quiet stay where you can completely relax!

We spent nine days in this fantastic bed and breakfast. The garden fascinated us in particular, what grows there and how lovingly everything was combined, just great. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and having good and fun conversations with Maria and Pieter Jan, a pleasure. Both are very attentive and kind, give good tips and Maria's breakfast in the morning was always a highlight. The apartment is cozily and tastefully furnished. We felt like at home here. We loved every second of our stay. Jonathan was quick to respond to our queries and offered great recommendations. The space was light and airy with everything needed to cook at home where necessary. We loved every second - and we were really sad when we had to leave a day early to avoid the train strike.

We felt super comfortable from the first second. John and Peter are incredibly friendly hosts. Very attentive and always responsive. The apartment is perfectly located, is mega lovingly decorated. Everything is within walking distance. lovingly prepared breakfast and it is even asked for wishes. the apartment has air conditioning, which is really perfect. You can only wish for hosts like John and Peter. We will be happy to come back.

We spend a weekend in Robert's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful in the middle of an awesome location for hiking and biking. They provided everything we needed for our stay. We will gladly book this place next time we are in the area.

Lucienne welcomed us very kindly. We lacked nothing in the accommodation, especially not beautiful toys for our youngest fellow travelers, who were also very happy about the two cuddly toys in the crib. We had a nice stay and only regret that the weather was not good enough for a longer stay in the beautiful garden.

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍

A warm welcome, a nice room (the blue one) a wonderful bathroom and a beautiful environment where you can eat and drink on both sides of the water. In short, a must.

5 stars. It is beyond expectations for a reasonable price in the area. Highly recommended.
