In winter, the nearby Hoch-Imst ski resort (only 6 km away) attracts visitors with perfect slopes and tobogganing fun for families. Experience authentic Tyrolean charm in our over 100-year-old farmhouse. You can look forward to 4 cozy bedrooms (3 of them with their own washbasin), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden with a terrace and a grill. In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Space for 8 people. Bed linens and towels are included. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Plus local tax on site (see below for details).

In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Cozy, spacious and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with balcony and great views. The apartment also has a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The designer bathroom is functional and modernly furnished with a rainforest shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. A pellet stove is in the hallway.

The mountain jewel in Nassereith is located 6km from the Fernpass and offers a family and dog-friendly atmosphere. The large terrace shows an breathtaking view over the Gurgltal. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with flat screen/satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet/washer /dryer. There is an extra sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. A Swedish stove for cozy cuddly barns will be at your disposal.
