In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The Gurgltal Refugia is a high-quality earth house in the picturesque Gurgltal. The Refugia is located on a hillside with an unobstructed view of the valley in a quiet residential area. Vaulted ceilings, spacious window areas and the cozy feeling of an earth house are an experience in themselves. Your personal 100 m² garden with fireplace, barbecue, and giant swing right at your doorstep offers all the prerequisites for your very special recreational vacation in the Tyrolean mountains.

The apartment is in a passive house with controlled living space ventilation. Infrared heating provides comfortable warmth. This apartment in a village with climbing, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing facilities offers the perfect vacation/home office for couples of all ages and families.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Bergjuwel - Farm stay vacation

The mountain jewel in Nassereith is located 6km from the Fernpass and offers a family and dog-friendly atmosphere. The large terrace shows an breathtaking view over the Gurgltal. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with flat screen/satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet/washer /dryer. There is an extra sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. A Swedish stove for cozy cuddly barns will be at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. In the double bedroom with a wardrobe, you can look forward to restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
