Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Welcome to my cool feel-good apartment! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. The apartment is 95 square meters. It has a large balcony with large window front on the open kitchen, dining room and living room, which makes the apartment nice and bright. The beautiful bright bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub from which you can look into the stars. In the large bedroom is a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.
