The 128 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Unsere kleine Träumeria hat einen ganz eigenen Stil mit Strandhaus Feeling. Das kleine Tiny :-) Studio ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleiner Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Doppelkochplatte), Doppelbett 1,60 x 2,00 m, Bad mit Dusche und WC und einer kleinen Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Direkt an der Natur, ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Städtetouren nach Frankfurt und Würzburg. Die Unterkunft liegt nah an Aschaffenburg im Rhein Main Gebiet und am Rande des Spessarts und Kahlgrunds.

2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad + Fahrradraum ruhig gelegen

Entspanne in einer ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Fahrräder stehen trocken und sicher im Fahrradraum mit E-Bike Lademöglichkeit. Nasse Kleidung kann hier trocknen. Bad, separate Toilette und vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Schlafzimmer mit Eichenparkett, 180 x 200 cm großes Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Für 4 Personen kann man die gemütliche Wohncouch mit wenigen Handgriffen zu einem weiteren Doppelbett umbauen. Wir sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und etwas Französisch

Wasserlos is a district of Alzenau - the northwesternmost city in Bavaria. Here the northern foothills of the Spessart extend and the wide areas of the Main plain open up. There are many leisure activities here. Thanks to its favorable location, the city enjoys particularly mild climatic conditions, which have always offered the best conditions for Franconian viticulture. You will find our local winemakers around your accommodation and will also be excellently catered for.

Die Unterkunft zwei separate Schlafzimmer, ausziehbare Couch im Wohnbereich, Smart TV, vollausgestattete Küche.

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.
