Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). Formerly a workshop in the Cortona village of Fratticciola. The house consists of a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Access from the street or the internal courtyard. Recent renovation, respecting the tradition and materials of the Valdichiana. You must have a car to reach me and, since I am in a central location, to reach many beautiful nearby towns a few kilometers away such as: Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi... and others.

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Bright, delightful and welcoming apartment located right in the heart of the historic center of Cortona with an unforgettable view: the town hall on one side and Lake Trasimeno and the Valdichiana on the other. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms. The apartment has WiFi, heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer and flat iron.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Casa Bonari is a single-level independent apartment inside a villa at the foot of Monticchiello. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room. The rooms are bright and furnished in Tuscan style, with old restored family furniture combined with contemporary elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is surrounded on all sides by a large garden, so that all rooms boast a beautiful view of the countryside.
