The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Frauenkirchen is an ideal starting point for water sports, cycling or bird watching for friends of Panonian culture and cuisine. ! The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The house perfectly accomodates up to three couples, two families or a group of up to 7 guests - or use it as your home office at the lake. Enjoy the sauna and afterwards dive into the lake. Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Island of tranquility /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Vacation home at the vineyard

Comfortable and authentic living with plenty of space in our 90 m² vacation home Linda Löwenzahn. The spacious bedrooms are perfect for 4-6 people and therefore also ideal for larger families or close friends. The highlight is the lovingly redesigned kitchen. Here you will find enough space and everything you need to cook all the great delicacies of the region. A quiet, secluded courtyard invites you to linger and taste.

From this centrally located house you can explore the national park as much as you can enjoy the sports facilities of Lake Neusiedl or learn more about the wine and history of this region. Directly in the largest wine-growing community of Austria, you can also be in the surrounding cities of Bratislava, Györ, Eisenstadt or Vienna within an hour.
