Nevertheless, you can reach in about 7 minutes to the Nuremberg-East highway junction or in about 20 minutes to Nuremberg city center. A fully equipped kitchen, a living area with 55-inch UHD smart TV and two separate bedrooms are also part of the apartment on the first floor. Two parking spaces and Internet are included.

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). The approx. 40 sqm cozy apartment is located in the center of Hersbruck. Parking, restaurants & cafes and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The first-floor apartment is about 8 minutes walk from Hersbruck train station. From there, a direct train to Nuremberg runs regularly (travel time only 14 minutes). You can swim, sauna and relax in the Fackelmann Therme (10 minutes' walk away). Hiking and swimming lakes are within a few kilometers.
