Kimberly and Haim's place was perfect for our quick little trip to Florida. Has everything you need for a get away weekend. Parking, easy check-in instructions, great location near the beach and very clean! We even had a little bottle of wine waiting for us when we first walked in. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

Great hosts, fantastic place & speedy communication

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, in a good location, and the host was very quick to respond. They even offered us bicycles to ride around town and to the beach, which we did and had a great time. Would definitely recommend. Also... there's a bidet!

This place was quiet, not a far distance from the beach and shopping center. Easy to get in. Matthew communicates well, spacious backyard, place to park, WiFi worked fairly well and tv with firestick! All around good experience.

Matthew's cottage was very comfortable for a short stay and is a fine alternative to a hotel if you prefer staying in a residential neighborhood.

Great location and walking distance to local stores. Allison responded quickly to all questions asked. It’s an intimate place for couples! I especially liked the huge window in front for natural sunlight and not to mention the bistro area outside for coffee in the am!!

The space is small but very comfortable. You will find many thoughtful details around the loft. The fridge had beverages for us when we arrived, there were extra towels, the bed was clean and soft. Location is 5 minute drive from downtown Hollywood, the beach, restaurants and 10 minutes drive from the airport and about 35 minutes from Wynwood walls in Miami. Keep in mind there is no tv but if you are interested in a cute romantic getaway and don’t mind spending some time talking to your loved one instead of looking at a screen, this place is perfect.

The space was so stylish and aesthetic! Loved the decor and loved the greenery around the house. The house is located in a great area. The bed was so comfy and loved how powerfully cold the AC got. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked this place 5 days prior to traveling due to instability with planning. Alison confirmed the reservation and communication has been outstanding. By the time that we arrived in Miami, we had directions on how to check in along with other details of the property. Alison lives in the house but your rental area is private. She was there but we did not see her but was available if we needed her. The place was just as described and more. We would stay here again if available. Bravo!!!

Amazing place! Stayed there with my girlfriend for only one night after our cruise vacation but wish I could’ve stayed for longer. Overall very clean, very modern and very comfortable. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Location was great, 8 min away for the airport and 10 min away from Aventura mall. My one and only concern is that the walls are fairly thin so you could hear the people walking/talking in the hallways or in the room next to yours, but other than that I highly recommend and would 100% stay there again!

It is a room not a house, just to let others know. It was super clean and looked great. We loved the ease of getting in and out and had no issues here. However, the fees (if you have more than 1 person there is a fee, cleaning fee, and booking fee) were a little much. Still deserves a 5 star rating and owner was kind and polite and even offered an upgrade for free. All in all great little room with a bathroom and kind hosts.

The instructions make it easy to locate and when you walk up it is very tropical and very private . The suite is very clean and is very stylish . I go fir business a lot to Hollywood and would rate this one if the better units for overall comfort , privacy and cleanliness .

This studio is the perfect place to lay your head after exploring the beaches and activities in the surrounding area. Its very clean with all the basics and a few extras I didnt expect. Brad and Diana are the perfect hosts available for help and advice whenever you need. I will definitely stay again if im ever back in the area!

It was a very nice place. A studio with a nice big comfy bed and lots of pillows. Extra towels for the shower and big beach towels provided. A blended coffee maker and snacks. All the cooking utensils needed to get creative in the kitchen. Air conditioning worked well. Private entrance was great. Quiet neighborhood. It was an 8 minute Uber to the boardwalk and water taxi. We had a nice, albeit short, stay.

Cute studio with all you need for a few nights

This guest suite is clean, comfortable, cozy, and is a wonderful place for a short stay! It has a private entrance and it’s close to the airport, restaurants, stores, and easily accessible via Uber or Lyft. The hosts are very nice and responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this little suite if you’re in the area!

Diana and Brad were the perfect hosts! This was our first experience using Airbnb and we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience. From our initial inquiry any and all questions were answered quickly and clearly. Brad and Diana’s place is spotless, cozy and conveniently located near Port Everglades and the Airport, perfect for the night before or after a cruise. Diana and Brad gave us great tips on places we could go, just a short Uber ride to the “Broadwalk.” (no spelling mistake this is what it’s called) We would have no hesitation in recommending Diana and Brad’s place for a short stay.

Loved it! We met the host the evening we arrived and he was very friendly & accommodating. The room was very nice & cozy! It had a workable kitchen w/ everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, TV (w/ capability to hook up Xbox/PlayStation), and free WiFi that worked great. The bathroom was nice, clean, & stocked & the shower was spacious & comfortable. OH! & Free parking within a few steps of the door. Perfect for a single or couple!

This is a very quiet and convenient location in Hollywood Florida. The unit that we stayed in was very clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We flew in from Ireland, picked up a rental car and drove down 30 min to the accommodation. Check in was a bit stressful but once that was sorted everything else was absolutely brilliant. Hollywood beach is exactly 10 min. I’d absolutely recommend

I loved this room. Everything you need to have a great stay is right at your fingertips. Very efficient use of the space. I slept very well in this cozy studio. Its prime location, convenient parking, privacy and easy check in/out process were all pluses. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a lowkey spot to stay in that area.

amazing stay on comfortable house. everything according an american high standard. location is nice, very quiet and safe. apartment has everything what you need for short or long stay. very comfortable king beds, coffeemaker, micro-oven , huge fridge, electric stove, oven, grill and otc. The house itself, with its unique design and beautiful backyard its realy luxury. Incredibly easy check in/out and great communication! Will be back again on my next trip to Miami.

Matthew's place was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Easy check-in, great area, extremely clean, and Matthew offered great communication.

We were impressed by the beautiful big house, in which nothing was missing. Large garden with seating and grill and all in a super quiet and safe area. You can still ride your bike or on foot late at night. Shopping, going to the beach in Hollywood - all by bike! Last but not least, we would like to mention that Matthew is a very attentive host who answers questions quickly. We will definitely book with Matthew again!

Matthew’s place is more tan. I expected is so well equipped and clean excellent location. He is very responsive and easy to talk with. For us was a pleasure to stay at his place and it was definally better that I could ever expect.

We stayed for two weeks at Matthews Beach Hideout. And our vacation there was a blast. The house is oerfectly located and has everything you need. With the full equipped kitchen we were able to cook if we didn't want to go out. Also for our two year daughter was a separate bed avaible. The house is clean and we really felt like home. Matthew is a super friendly host. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of tips what to do. While it was our first AirBnB booking he rose the bar very high for all other bookings to come.

This was our first time using an air bnb and it was great. House was clean and the neighborhood was great. The only issue I had were the sheets on the bed seemed to be fraying and were rough to sleep on and some of the plaster on the ceiling was falling down. Other then that I would absolutely book with Gloria again!

If you’re planning a trip to Hollywood or the surrounding areas and don’t plan to stay in much, this is the perfect place! We booked as a simple place to sleep and shower and that’s exactly what we got. I appreciated the private room and bathroom, the setup is a little strange compared to other places I’ve stayed - literally two rooms on one side of the house with separate entrances (I assume they’re separate bookings). Comfortable bed and love the remodeled bathroom! Great for a place to sleep and close to casinos, the beach, etc

Haim and Rick are both extremely kind and easy to work with! Communication is a breeze and we had all questions answered quickly. The place is small but was clean and had everything we needed for a three night stay. Bed is very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs were provided which was fantastic as we came from a far distance and couldn’t bring our own. This place is wonderful if you have a short stay and want to be close to the beach. Rick recommenced the new Hard Rick Cafe as a possible place to check out and we are so glad he did! Worth the visit if you have the time. We were able to cheaply Uber/Lyft to all the places we wanted to go. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area! Thank you!!

The location was ideal if you want to be within minutes of the oceanfront and minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. It is basically a small hotel room within a house that has been converted into multiple Airbnb units. I appreciate Rick’s attentiveness and all the little things like the prepped Keurig coffee machine, the treats, bottled water in the fridge, and even the bottle of wine. Nice touch. Also I found it be very clean.

We stayed for a getaway weekend. Our place was sparkling clean with nice touches like coffee and water bottles. As described the bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower perfect . It was the perfect weekend. Our hosts were readily available for any requests we had. Rick was helpful as well. Kimberly and Haim made everything so easy. Very clean and gets the job done! We spent only 10 bucks on each Lyft ride to get to Hollywood beach so the location was very convenient. The shower was big, there were snacks that we could have and the best part is that she has an umbrella and a beach chair for your use and since my boyfriend got burnt, that got put to use. Great stay! She has lotions and sunscreen and band aids and more toiletries for you to use. You can tell she cares about the satisfaction of her guests.

This place is perfect for a solo trip or even as a couple! I stayed as a single woman and felt very comfortable and safe in the space. I liked the neighborhood and it was very close to the beach and grocery stores. Nikki was an excellent host and really cared about me enjoying my stay. She gave great local tips and the space was really thought out.

Mike and Tom were very friendly, and keep a clean and inviting home. We stayed when we were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock and to visit Miami, it was good value for the proximity to both locations. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here the night before going on a cruise from Miami. Our flight came in very late and Lucas was more than accommodating. He was also very quick to respond to our messages. The other house guests were very polite and Lucas stressed the importance of the house rules, much to the benefit of all guests. Additionally, this house is a medium walk from several local diners which we enjoyed the morning of our departure.

Our stay was lovely. I loved our room. It was designed nicely. It was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The view was good and room had small balcony. The staff in lobby was nice.

My son and I had a great experience at this place. The workout room and the rooftop pool are awesome at this place. The parking costs $12 per day which is not a bad price for Florida.

The stay with Frank was great - we have rarely found such clean accommodation! The location was perfect for all trips to the beach etc.

We had a great time staying at Frank and Carlos's home. It was spotless and the back yard is great! We enjoyed sitting by the canal and lounging around the pool. The location was great too! Shopping and the freeway was near by, and being located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, it was so easy getting to these locations!

My husband and I stayed here 4days prior to our cruise. Beautiful place with a lovely pool, places to sit or lounge. One of our favorite places to sit and have morning coffee was beside the intercostal waterway that runs by their backyard. We did rent a car which was a great option as this home is in a residential area.

A wonderful place! It looks exactly like it does in the pictures and the check in process was super easy. Juan was really easy to communicate with through the AirBnB app. As pictured, there is no curtain between the bed and the French doors, so make sure you pack an eye mask if you want to sleep in. :)

Frank and Carlos were amazing! Beautiful home and beautiful people! I have been to Florida many times, but never been to a place like this! So many animals! I like to stay in spaces that are stylish and have a cohesive design because it makes me feel more at peace away from home. Katja’s place fit the bill for sure. Very stylish with great amenities, exactly as described. Katja was very responsive to texts and very friendly. The common wall between the guest suite and the main house means both parties can hear each other but that wasn’t a problem for me and something I knew booking the place. I still had a feeling of privacy but it’s something to keep in mind I think. Overall, pleased with my stay and hosts :-)

My friend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place! It was nicely decorated, clean, and the shower water was nice and hot after a long day of activities. Little things like a microwave, iron, mini fridge filled with water bottles, eating utensils, soap, and amongst other amenities helps this place stand out because it’s a huge convenience and keeps you from making store runs or finding alternatives for conflict. I would most definitely recommend and return to this comfy abode.

The room is definitely “tiny living” - but it’s a great space if you are travelling light! We had one suitcase - but if we would have had more there wouldn’t be any floor space. The Chill Room was the perfect stay for my friend and I on a quick trip to Florida! The room was spotless and held so many great touches that we loved. Perfect amenities, a beautiful and thoughtful kitchen set up, and the most comfortable bed! We joked about spending all day in our Airbnb because it was such a positive experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Hollywood!

Great location near the airport and the beach. also near downtown Hollywood which is a charming area. Hector responded quickly when we needed him.

Cute and cozy place, perfect for couples. I´ve been there with my girlfriend in order to celebrate her bday in Florida and everything was incredible. Fast Check-In, super fast response from Hector and the house very well located, close to basically everything. For sure a place to re-visit.

Place was small but had everything I needed and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The place was clean and the instructions were clear. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I fly to/from Fort Lauderdale airport!

House is very clean and well organized. The room is very spacious with room to put your luggage. House manager is also super nice. Would stay here again.

Very responsive and one of the cleanest shared spaces I have ever stayed in my life. The backyard at night is gorgeous and my favorite thing about the house. Toni is also very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will stay there if I come back to Hollywood again:)

It is an excellent place, it is always clean, even the bathroom. I was able to make friends during my 5 day stay. I really like sharing experiences. I would go back to this place if I go to Florida again.

Place is clean, quiet and close to everything.

A spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to some nice looking bars and restaurants. A long walk or a short Uber to the beach front. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to stay with a good parking facility. Plenty help from the hosts if required and a good information file. Trolley service wasn’t running when we were there so you will need an alternative way to get to the beach and beyond.

Shirel & Sons apartment was very nice and clean. Parking was very convenient and the location was off the main road but yet close to most everything.

This place has been my home for sometime, I am very grateful because they have helped me a lot. The place is very nice, quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the basic needs. It is located in a very central place of the City. This can be considered one of the best hosting places in ARBNB.
