Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two persons. Optimal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Way of St. James leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15h.

The Schlosser Turm is part of the old city fortification from the 14th century. It is centrally located in the village and parking is available on site. Wi-Fi is also installed in this historic tower. The tower has been completely renovated and is available for booking from September 2020. It's an exceptional place to stay in the beautiful Tauber Valley.
