There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

You can turn on a projector or enjoy a sauna Chatka Borowka is located at the very border of Giant Mountains National Park and offers unlimited possibilities of relaxing in the open air. Chatka Borowka is a place made for lonely tourists and couples. With a bit of necessary luxury like air condition.

A historical Mill in unique cultural environment

The Wlosien Mill is located in a small village in Poland on the borders of three countries, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany with the possibility to dine each evening in a different cultural environment. An area of natural beauty, mountains, lakes, waterfalls as well as many places of historical and cultural interest, palaces, castles, churches and medieval towns. For the more energetic there is skiing, mountain climbing, hiking, white water rafting, cycling, horse riding and much more.

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Villa Toscana Luxury Loft & Sauna

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. Fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

House in the walls

Every fragment of the turret, every room is a blend of history, old materials, and the medieval spirit with design and comfort. Here, nothing is perfect... no right angles, no obvious spaces. There is plenty of stone, wooden floors, old restored windows, a wooden staircase in the center of the house reminding you of the age of the home. There are cobwebs that appear out of nowhere. There is a soul. The bathroom, which invites you to bathe in an old cast iron tub, and a sauna...

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

A UNIQUE, UNUSUAL PLACE! The tree houses are small luxury apartments in Karpacz, equipped with the necessary furnishings to make your vacation in the mountains unforgettable and carefree. For your comfort, our tree houses have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all houses, small heaters provide a cozy, warm atmosphere on colder autumn and winter days.

We cordially invite you to Bukolikowe progi! We have a beautiful view of the mountains and plenty of hiking trails in the bosom of nature. We have two independent cottages for rent, each can accommodate up to 4 people. We invite you to bring your dogs, which are welcome and we do not charge any fee for them.
