The house has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It will be comfortable for 8-10 people, in the case of families with small children it will accommodate about 12 people. There are forests, lakes, walking paths and cycling routes in the area. The place has its own unique atmosphere and has already gained a lot of loyal fans. It is perfect for family stays.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Closest neighborhood approx. 200-300m away Guests have access to 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, there is nothing to prevent more people from staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, and you can also pitch a tent in the yard). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available year-round.
