The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

On two floors, up to 8 people can be accommodated: one double room, three twin rooms, a living area with kitchen, as well as two bathrooms with shower, one additionally with bathtub. A highlight for children is the play cave in the former grain silo. Wi-Fi, TV, books, and games are available.

Please note that the patio and the laundry rooms are shared areas.

Opposite is a large park and an outdoor playground, as well as a bakery and a restaurant. There are many free parking spaces in front of the house. The train station and bus stop are also nearby. The city center and a supermarket are also a 10-minute walk away.
