The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00. Bad Godesberg, which was considered a diplomatic district in the time of the Bonn Republic, consists of many parks and the Rhine promenade, from where you can let the picturesque backdrop of the Seven Mountains with the Drachenfels and Petersberg effect on you. A ferry brings you on the other side of the Rhine, on which there are many hiking trails such as the Rheinhöhenweg. Bad Godesberg itself is dominated by the Godesburg watching over our little town. The mineral springs at Bad Godesberg Draitschbrunnen and the town hall offer her healing water on even today. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the next bus stop is only 50 m away and there are only two bus stops to the subway Stadthalle Bad Godesberg away (15 min walking distance). The Bad Godesberg Train Station can be reached by walking in 20 minutes, by train you are then in 5 minutes in the center of Bonn or in half an hour in Cologne. Metro and train station are easily accessible by bus. International guests are welcome!

In the immediate vicinity of the Endenicher Kulturmeile (about 5 minutes walk) and the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 min. walk) is my beautiful penthouse apartment. The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

At one of the most beautiful intersections of Bonn's Südstadt is our newly renovated apartment, with views of the magnificent Wilhelminian-style houses to the front, as well as into the garden to the rear, it is very quietly located. 5 minutes away is Poppeldorf Palace with its botanical garden. Bus and tram are within 2-5 minutes walking distance and Bonn main station is a wonderful 15-minute walk. All shops serving everyday needs are also close by.

By bus ( stop in 3min.fussweg reachable) you can be in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

Beautiful, quiet apartment with Mediterranean flair on the edge of the city center. Only about 12-15 minutes' walk to the center. Street parking is available right in front of the entrance gate. Public transport is less than a three-minute walk away. Ideas for sights in Beethoven City and the surrounding area can be found quickly on the Internet or in the material provided. Ideal for families but also for business people.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

The renovated attic apartment with 2 rooms, private roof terrace and luxurious bathroom is part of our house in the middle of Königswinter (Attention: no full kitchen!): A perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides and discoveries in the Siebengebirge. Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.
