The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Du buchst eine private Unterkunft in einer schönen Wohngegend – ideal, um Bonn zu erkunden. Gute Busverbindungen, Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Autobahnanbindung ist perfekt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit guter, freundlicher Nachbarschaft. Ich wünsche einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.
