Maisonette with scenic view

The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00. Bad Godesberg, which was considered a diplomatic district in the time of the Bonn Republic, consists of many parks and the Rhine promenade, from where you can let the picturesque backdrop of the Seven Mountains with the Drachenfels and Petersberg effect on you. A ferry brings you on the other side of the Rhine, on which there are many hiking trails such as the Rheinhöhenweg. Bad Godesberg itself is dominated by the Godesburg watching over our little town. The mineral springs at Bad Godesberg Draitschbrunnen and the town hall offer her healing water on even today. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the next bus stop is only 50 m away and there are only two bus stops to the subway Stadthalle Bad Godesberg away (15 min walking distance). The Bad Godesberg Train Station can be reached by walking in 20 minutes, by train you are then in 5 minutes in the center of Bonn or in half an hour in Cologne. Metro and train station are easily accessible by bus. International guests are welcome!

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center.
