Cozy and well-appointed year-round summerhouse

Private and cozy holiday home on Zealand's north coast close to Liseleje and Hundested. Big house and big grounds with all the essentials. Close to beach, eco village, train station and shopping. Hundedested and Liseleje are within cycling distance, and both towns offer great restaurants, plenty of shopping, fresh fish, and cunning specialty shops. In Hundested the harbour is a wonderful mix of diligent boatbuilders, blacksmiths with black hands, tired fishermen who clean nets, the artists with paint on their hands, etc.

Delicious cottage with huge grounds

Nice cottage with huge grounds. The cottage consists of a large combined living room, kitchen and dining room, two rooms with double beds of 200x160 cm in each room. A spacious bathroom as well as a room with a changing table and washing machine. The cottage is thoroughly renovated and really nice. There is a heat pump, bicycles, internet, TV, high chair, baby bed, playhouse, sandbox and garden furniture. It is located in a delicious setting with a 4 km bike ride to Liseleje beach. Guests must clean upon departure.

Cozy Get Away - with high ceilings

Peace! Here is simply peace - safe and good! With Arresø on the left, the fjord on the right and Kattegat in the back, our summerhouse is right in the middle of the butter hole. 5 min to Asserbo golf club and Asserbo Plantage, 5 min to Liseleje's cozy shops, bars and magical sunsets, 5 min to shopping in Frederiksverk, 5 min to ice waffles in Hundested Havn. Board games, good books, baking oven & wood-burning stove, even grand piano if you're into them ... you're only bored if you want to, and you're welcome to.

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

Welcome to our idyllic summerhouse!

Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, well planted and sunny plot of land. Biking distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes, and a cozy shop life. It's really Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day of beauty. In the last few years, we updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, after-insulated, new thermal windows, and a whole new garden.

Charmerende og hyggeligt gammeldags sommerhus - 1 km fra en af Danmarks bedste strande. I løbet af dagen, byder haven på både skyggefulde og solrige områder. Lav mad i ude køkkenet mens i nyder de lyse aftener. I de tidlige morgentimer kan man se rådyr, hare og fasaner, komme på besøg i haven. Relaxed area with sea on three sides, near nature, small town with restaurants, cafes, harbor, ferries and trains to Frederiksværk, Hillerød and Copenhagen. Near Lynæs, which is the second port area with a surfing center. The home is located on a closed road in a separate house and has a large room, a small kitchen with dining table, hallway and a toilet with shower. The appartement has a two floors with a stair between them. The living room is upstairs.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. Nice cottage with 3 rooms. 250 meters from lovely sandy beach. 1 km to shopping. Large garden, with trampoline, football goal and play tower. Please note that you must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels and tea towels. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning, everything for cleaning is complemented by the landlord.
