Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the nearest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (built in 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor apartment with a separate entrance and patio door to a lovely garden. Downstairs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130 cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6-minute walk to the hospital, about 12 minutes to Lund C. Parking space is available.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre.
