Welcome to a little country living in the city. Only 22 minutes away from down town Dallas and 18 minutes away from Terrell's shopping, food, and gas at our famous Buc-ee's. Huge yard with a covered patio with plenty of seating looking out to the pool. Full size appliances and washer/dryer. Tons of parking for your RV and Boat! We have cows and horses on the property. Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.
