Yvette & Elizar are perfect host. Everything was just like it was advertised and more. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. We would highly recommend this place to couples who like the quiet, out of town setting.

The place was very nice and clean. The description was very accurate, and Jason accommodated anything that I needed. I enjoyed how secluded and comfortable the place was, being that I worked nights. I had no issues with any noise disturbances the whole time I was there. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I know I'll be contacting Jason in the future if I come back to Baytown.

Awesome little place. Stayed there while visiting family. The hottub was nice, toiletries were provided if you forgot to bring your own, kitchen was a plus as well. Full size fridge incase you have some leftovers or something that you want to keep, the room itself is very well insulated and maintains a consistent temperature inside. Internet is fast and they have a Roku hooked up to the TV that has Netflix on it. Loved the place, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Checking in was seamless, and Jason was flexible with timing, which was a great help. The part of the garage that is finished is nicely done, with a great bathroom, and good bed. The unit is small, but it has everything you need for most stays, including a TV, and ROKU so you can watch Netflix. It is worth noting that the kitchen / dining room area is not in the finished part of the garage, so it is entirely non A/C’ed. All in all it was a good stay, and Jason was there if we needed him, but was very hands off otherwise, which was great.

Our group of 9 adults stayed here while we attended the NRA Drag Races. We all enjoyed the house and felt very comfortable. DeeDee was the perfect host and made the trip less stressful and she was very accommodating. The house was perfectly located a couple minutes from the race track. Plenty of parking at the house for our vehicles, loved having 3 bathrooms and the beds were all very comfortable. Would stay again and would recommend!! Rachael

The pictures are accurate, it really is that good! Everything is so neat, and there are adequate cooking utensils and plates, and cups. I was most impressed with how quite a location it is and yet still minutes from everything.

Great little studio close to Hwy 146. It was a very comfortable stay, the bed and bedding was nice. It has a great shower with a big rain shower head. The kitchen was will stocked and the couch was comfortable.

Everything was great and they were very responsive and helpful. Older place but they fixed it up really nice and comfy. I'd stay there again.

Kimberly's place is exactly as described. It is perfect for a 4-5 day stay. It is centrally located and you can get to anywhere in Baytown in 10-15 minutes. Her place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. If you are looking for a place to stay in Baytown this is much better than any motel there. I would definitely stay there again.

Apartment "10" was just as described. Everything was awesome, we stayed for 4 days while working at Exxon in Baytown which was 5 mins away. Let's just say it had me spoiled to be so close. Kim was very helpful, as well as available for us when we needed her. Thanks!

Kimberly and William were excellent hosts and my stay was very pleasant. It was nice to be able to use their laundry facility in the main house and the kitchenette in the apartment worked out great. It was clean and quiet and provided a great location for access to Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital where I was doing a clinical rotation. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great stay at this house in Baytown. We stayed here for 2 weeks my daughter started calling it our Texas house. The projector screen was cool and master bedroom was comfy. The kitchen is big and there's a lot of room for people to sleep. We never used the hot tub it was too hot out or raining but it looked nice. The shower in the master was probably my 3 year old daughters favorite part, she was really impressed. Jason was super responsive when asked about a coffee maker he had one brought by the next day which saved us because the single coffee pot we picked up wasn't enough for us. The house was very stocked with necessities more than I've encountered at other Airbnbs. The kitchen has a ton of cookware if you like to cook. The house is located really close to anything you would need, Walmart, Kroger, fast food, clothing stores, and not far from Houston. We will stay here again when we visit family in Baytown. Only thing I would want to know as a prospective guest is that there is a good amount of sleeping room, several beds and a couch but not a ton of privacy. The master bedroom is the only room that you don't walk through to get to other rooms. But it wasn't a big deal for us because there was just the three of us.

First let me say this house is huge! Tons of sleeping room. This was our first airbnb experience and Jason definitely made it a pleasant one. My 4 year old really enjoyed the in home movie theatre while our favorite was the gigantic screened in porch. Everything was perfect, thanks again Jason

We stayed at the main house and for us this was all about location and being close to our family that lives in the area. We weren't at the house much but it was nice having a short drive when meeting family and coming home late. We did get to meet Jason one day as he was staying in a small unit he rents on property. Very nice and responsive to emails!

Jason was absolutely helpful through the whole booking process. He was kind enough to work with our schedule and let us book for the days we needed.

The Acadian house is an amazing home to stay in and Jason was very quick to answer any questions we had and offered great places to see and hang out! He's a great host!

Kimberly was amazing! She was very friendly and flexible. I was unable to arrive before she had to leave for a previous engagement and was super accommodating with my late arrival. She even tried to send me a video tour! The house was so cute and quaint. She allowed me my own space in the pantry and the icebox. The wifi was great and the room had its own AC so I was comfortable. They do have a mirroring software setup on the tv but it does not work with Apple, still she lent me her tablet so I could still relax with some netflix. All and all my stay was Amazing and I cannot recommend Kimberly enough!

Kimberly was a great host! Her house was warm and welcoming. I had full access to the common areas, as well as my own bedroom with an AC unit and TV with cable and Netflix. She even made sure that I wasn't late to work:) I highly recommend her!

Kimberly has made me feel at home, the house is near my work in a safe and quiet central area have not had any problems, our communication is open and friendly is always willing to help. More than just my stay feel like I've found a friend! Strongly recommended for workers from nearby plants.
