Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Enjoy a breathtaking sea view and fall asleep lulled by the sound of the waves. The beach can be reached on foot, 150 meters away. The two-bedroom apartment has a total of 6 beds, is well-kept and carefully furnished, and offers those who stay there numerous services. From Air Conditioning to Wi-Fi, from porches to dishwasher to parking space and much more. The villa is divided into three totally independent housing units.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Casa Anto Elba Island - Beach

Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is reserved for one bedroom. The house is accessed from an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a private garden, with lawn, of about 200 square meters.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Relax in Porto Azzurro - Nice studio

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

The two-room apartment is on the second of three floors of a building on a quiet street. You enter a small entrance that accesses a large and bright living room and the spacious equipped terrace. A small hallway leads to the bathroom with a tub, closet, and double bedroom. Central heating in winter months.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
