Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Our accommodation is located in the central part of the village, in a very quiet area with a beautiful view of Lake Como, which can be enjoyed both from the two balconies and from the lawns adjacent to the house, which we make available to our guests to relax, eat meals, or simply to admire the view. The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with tub, kitchen and living room. Ideal for families and nature lovers.

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, kitchen complete with everything, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, additional fees will be requested. 2.00 euros tourist tax per person only cash. (with regret it is not suitable for disabled people) (it is forbidden to charge the electric machine in the garage of the apartment without asking for the additional costs)

Un angolo di Paradiso e per raggiungerlo bisogna scendere 90 gradini dalla strada principale e dalla fermata del bus C130.
