Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Zurich! Discover the beautiful ambience and enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious sun terrace. Thanks to the central location, you can be at the airport or main train station in just 15 minutes. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and impresses with its extensive amenities: built-in wardrobe, elegant bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a large bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a pull-out second bed (1.6 x 2 m), smart TV and much more! :)

Luxury-Loft Atrium -X-

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

A 3-minute walk from both train stations, you can explore the city and its nightlife, supermarkets, restaurants and fitness are also nearby.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
